Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their protective packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
